O Us

Plastic section “Nowinianki” – information

The Artistic Section of Senior Club Nowinianki was established in 2004 at the initiative of Mrs. Grażyna Tosnowiec, the then manager of the Miniaturka Club and Mrs. Krystyna Janiec, Councillor of the Municipality of Sitkówka-Nowiny. It was they who decided to activate seniors so that they could integrate and pursue their passions in the Perła Community Cultural Centre.

We create

Handicrafts and Materials

Duża część zajęć poświęcona jest także rękodziełu. Uczestniczki od podstaw wykonują dekoracje okolicznościowe i stroiki korzystając z różnych technik, takich jak obróbka drewna, decoupage, oraz rozmaitych materiałów: drewna, słomy, sznurka , włóczki, styropianu, gipsu, farb, serwetek, wstążek, masy solnej, mchu, gałązek i wielu innych.

Członkinie tworzą m.in. kartki świąteczne, papier czerpany, malowane i oklejane bombki, dekoracje z drewna i szkła, kwiaty z bibuły, palmy wielkanocne, serwetki szydełkowe, kilimy. Ręcznie wykonują także oryginalne zabawki- anioły , lalki, zające, serduszka, gwiazdki i inne. Prace szyją ręcznie i na maszynie, haftują i ubierają w ubranka wykonane na drutach lub szydełku.
