About classes

"Miniaturka" Song Studio

The song studio “Miniaturka” has been running continuously since 2016. Over the years, about 30 talented singers and singers have passed through them – not only from Nowiny Municipality. Currently, the group has 8 people aged 10 to 21.

Young artists represent the Municipal Cultural Centre and the Municipality of Nowiny at many prestigious festivals and competitions – both nationwide and international – with numerous successes and high places. Participants also have the opportunity to present their skills during local events organised in the municipality of Nowiny.

Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays in the afternoon. The studio brings together children and youth not only talented musically, but above all ambitious and ready for systematic work. Learning to sing – like any other object – requires regular exercises to bring expected results.

During classes, participants practice:

voice emission and proper breathing,
diction and articulation,
interpretation of works,
work with microphone and stage performance,
development of musical hearing and rhythm,
basics of music theory.

Studio Songs "Miniaturka" is not only a place to develop passion, but also a place where friendships and stage dreams are born.

Repertuary:

entertainment songs in polish and english,
carols,
patriotic songs,
children's songs.

Vocal maintainer

Sylvia Gajek

A vocalist by education and vocation, in love with music from an early age. She graduated from the Ludomir Różycki Music School in Kielce in classical singing class and then developed her passion at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, where she earned her master's degree in artistic education in music art, specializing in stage singing.

Since 2013, he has shared his knowledge and heart to music, teaching children to sing. Since 2016, he has hosted the Studio of Songs "Miniaturka", and since 2024 also Vocal band ‘Miniaturka’ – classes for the youngest in the Municipal Cultural Centre “Perła” in Nowiny. This place has become an area of creative development and many musical discoveries.

She is the recipient of numerous nationwide and international vocal competitions – each of them was another step in the artistic journey through which she now leads her students.

Music is not only a profession for her – it is a language of emotion, a way to tell a story and build a relationship. Creates, teaches, performs – always with heart and authenticity.
