Band of singers “Szewczanki”

A band of Szewczanki singers was formed in August 2006 and operates on the Circle of Rural Housewives in Szewce-Zawad. The band's music manager is Mr. Feliks Korban and Mrs. Renata Bartkiewicz. Although the band exists quite briefly, in its artistic output it has many cultural and artistic achievements. “Szewczanki” promotes not only their locality, but also the county.

The team achieves its artistic achievements by presenting their works on reviews, competitions and festivals. Szewczanki themselves compose texts of patriotic, religious and commemorative songs. The tracks presented gain recognition on county and provincial reviews. The chants created by “Szewczanki” are performed with a noise, which nowadays is a forgotten and little-used language.
