On July 19th, in Sichowa Mały, a Review of Folklore ensembles “Let's Sing Today” was held.
We are very proud to announce that the Nowiny commune team “Kowalanki” won the first place in the band category! This prestigious distinction is a confirmation of great commitment, passion and high level of artistic group.
Additionally, in the soloist category there were also reasons for joy – Jolanta Majchrzyk and Helena Pękalska, a member of the band, took first place, presenting exceptional vocal skills.
The performances of the “Kowalanek” met with a very warm reception of the audience and the recognition of the jury. The team also emphasized the excellent organization of the review and a friendly, warm atmosphere that accompanied the whole event.
Congratulations to all participants, and we wish our artists more successful performances on folklore scenes!
