On May 31, in the picturesque in Kielce City Park, a picnic was held under the slogan "Senior in the Outdoor", organized by the Regional Social Policy Centre in Kielce. The event brought together seniors from all over the region, including the municipality of Nowiny, to promote activity, integration and folk culture.
The Nowiny municipality proudly represented:
- People's Team Bolechowiczanie,
- Szewczanki singers' band,
- Hallowing Moulding Band,
- and a large group of our seniors.
The artists presented themselves in full colours of folk costumes, raising applause to the audience with their performances and presentation of regional traditions.
Our representatives were accompanied by:
- Deputy Mayor of Nowiny Municipality – Mr Daniel Czerwiak,
- Director of GOK "Perła" Nowiny – Mrs Edyta Bobryk,
- Senior Affairs Manager – Mrs. Ewa Lubacz.
It was a day full of joy, music and intergenerational meetings. Thank you all for representing our municipality and for building a positive image of seniors together as an active and creative social group.
We invite you to watch photorelations from the event!
