On October 18th, the concert hall of GOK Perła hosted a folk dance with the team of Kielce. The participants of the event spent a joyful evening full of music, dance and fun together. There was also a snack – bigos, dumplings and sweet delicacies appeared on the tables.
The dance was part of the project "Three elements – Tischner, Reymont, Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska, which we do not yet know", a series of artistic events bringing together three prominent artists of Polish culture.
Project objective ‘Three elements...’ is to expand knowledge of the culture of the inhabitants of the municipality of Nowiny and promote participation in cultural events. Knowledge of our own literature is the foundation for building and strengthening cultural identity. Many prominent authors have defined language and literature as their home country — therefore one of the main objectives of the project is to deepen knowledge about Polish culture and its prominent representatives.
Projekt wykorzystuje twórczość trzech odmiennych, lecz ważnych postaci świata literackiego – Władysława Reymonta, Marii Pawlikowskiej-Jasnorzewskiej i ks. Józefa Tischnera – by zachęcić do sięgania po literaturę oraz rozwijać zainteresowania w innych dziedzinach kultury: od poezji i filozofii po kulturę ludową.
„Trzy żywioły…” promuje ideę rozwoju i uczenia się przez całe życie, również dorosłych, m.in. poprzez warsztaty i spotkania kulturalne.
Projekt realizowany jest w ramach zadania:
„Trzy żywioły – Tischner, Reymont, Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska, jakich nie znamy” dofinansowanego ze środków Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego w ramach programu Edukacja kulturalna.
